Your total income is built from four distinct revenue streams that compound over time as your book grows.
Base Commission
55–85%
Earned on every new policy written. Your primary income driver — paid within 7 days of policy issuance on most carriers.
Renewal Commissions
5–12%
Paid annually on every policy that renews. As your book grows, renewals compound into significant passive income — this is the real long game.
Team Overrides
3–5%
Senior Advisors and Regional Directors earn a percentage override on their team's new business production. Scale your income without writing every policy yourself.
Performance Bonuses
5–10%+
Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to production targets, client retention, and leadership milestones. Top performers also earn trips and recognition awards.
